How often should you use microneedle eye patches?
Most people use one pair two nights a week. A box of 8 pairs is a month at that cadence; the 16-pair box covers two months.

How long do you leave dissolving eye patches on?
At least 2 hours, and overnight is fine. Apply them to clean, dry skin with nothing underneath, so the micro-darts dissolve into the skin rather than into a moisturiser.

Do microneedle eye patches hurt?
A light prickle when you press them on is normal. The darts are roughly 0.25 mm long and dissolve fully, so there is nothing to remove and no residue.
